The family-led business focuses on innovation and responsible manufacturing. “Thermeco has always been driven by purpose, crafting window and door systems that enhance the way people live while respecting the environment,” says Carl Costabile, the company’s managing director.
With a deep respect for the responsible use of finite resources, Thermeco applies circular economy principles to its manufacturing and design, using recyclable materials, minimising waste and optimising thermal performance to reduce reliance on artificial heating and cooling.
“Sustainability is embedded in everything we do,” says Costabile. “Our window systems significantly enhance a building’s thermal performance, reducing reliance on artificial heating and cooling, which in turn lowers energy consumption and carbon emissions. We believe in systems for meaningful living – solutions that not only perform at the highest level but also contribute to a healthier, more sustainable future.”

This approach has been formally recognised with Thermeco’s recent B Corp certification. The certification, which is issued by the non-profit B Lab organisation, is granted to businesses that meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability around balancing profit and purpose.
“The journey to B Corp certification was rigorous, requiring us to formalise and measure what has long been intrinsic to our ethos – sustainable sourcing, ethical business practices and reducing our environmental impact,” says Costabile. “Achieving this certification validates our efforts and pushes us to keep innovating.” More than a credential, this recognition cements Thermeco’s position as an advocate for responsible business, joining a global network committed to driving positive change.
Thermeco has also undergone a rebrand, reinforcing its alignment with the architects, designers and homeowners who choose its products for both form and function. This refreshed identity reflects the people behind the company – the Costabile family and a team of experts who have spent decades advancing the window industry. The new logo and brand image are also a reflection of how the company has evolved since its inception.
