We cannot afford to simply build buildings without any consideration for their lasting environmental impact. Our awareness of finite planetary resources begs us to design and build consciously, and with purpose; to reduce dependence on artificial heating and cooling, factoring in sustainability and minimising waste through our entire supply chain and product lifecycle. We cause no unnecessary harm to the environment, creating products that are both sustainable in fabrication and lifespan.
The future of
windows is circular.
Every day we are actively embracing the circular economy. We do this by working to create products which decrease ongoing heating and cooling needs for each home. We have found that Thermeco products have an average U-value (thermal transmittance) of 2.4. This means that compared to other standard window systems, Thermeco products have 51% better cooling efficiency and 63% better heating efficiency. This results in dramatic savings on the energy bills of the home in turn reducing their overall carbon footprint.
