From the monolithic island benches in the penthouses to the large-scale joinery forms, this building balances design excellence with fine aesthetics to create a special place to come home to. Here, everything has its place, but is completely out of the ordinary.

Designed to complement any season, living spaces are where the hard materiality of the exterior gives in to a calm, soft approach. Wall-to-wall glass invites natural light wherever possible, while built-in joinery displays books or art. In some apartments, a full-height, dual-sided fireplace divides the living and dining areas, further separating each room function and accentuating the size of each.
