Designed by Travis Walton, this effortlessly modern family home is set perfectly amongst the neighbouring properties in the luxurious suburb of Toorak, VIC. A neat and robust concrete and glass structure with symmetry and balance in the façade creating an easy and open internal layout. The front façade almost mirrors the rear of the home where the landscaping and pool area blend in seamlessly with the minimal and neutral theme.

European Window Co, our Victorian licensee fabricator, achieved great success in meeting the client brief. The Thermeco EC95TB Sliding Door system features heavily throughout the home. The frameless balustrades to the first floor allow for uninterrupted views and an abundance of ventilation when full height sliding windows are open.

These luxurious floor to ceiling sliders are a key design feature and a major part of the overall architecture of the home. Other Thermeco systems used were EC65TB & EC45TB.
All systems within the home are thermally broken and double-glazed contributing to a very healthy energy efficient home that the owners will enjoy through all the seasons.
