With views of Sorrento and Port Phillip Bay, this seaside haven did not skip a beat when it came to it's design. 
This luxe family home incorporates extra features which enhances the living experience. Large basement car park, generous steam room, tennis court and exotic pool with built in spa are just a few design features that make this home something special.

The clients main focus was to ensure the breathtaking views were embraced with large openings and minimal style windows leaving less visual obstruction. Our Licensee fabrication partner, Merri Aluminium based in Warranbool, worked closely with the client to incorporate the thermally broken KELLER minimal windows® and Thermeco systems into this stunning landmark. Given the location of the site being on the East side on Port Phillip Bay and Merri Aluminium positioned on the West side of Victoria, Merri overcame the geographical challenge and utilized the local Ferry to deliver critical important window package. To succesfully install the oversize glazed units, a crane was needed to transport across the large and sprawling building site.

The main living areas took full advantage of the KELLER minimal windows® ultra slim profile allowing the clients to enjoy the million dollar views to their fullest.
